Our History & Foundation
Built by Registered Engineers, for Uganda
PKAAS Enterprise Uganda Ltd was incorporated on 3rd November 2020 with a clear mandate: to provide expert technical and creative engineering assistance to the people of Uganda. The company was founded by a team of dynamic professionals whose combined experience spans more than a decade across electrical, mechanical and civil engineering disciplines.
From the outset, PKAAS Enterprise has been structured to investigate and resolve complex engineering challenges — whether that means designing and constructing a new power line, rehabilitating a 145-kilometre highway, or maintaining the substations that keep Uganda's power grid operational. We bring the same rigour, safety consciousness and quality commitment to every project, regardless of scale.
Today, the company operates from its base in Bunamwaya, Kampala, with a growing roster of engineers, designers, draftsmen and field technicians who share a common goal: to deliver infrastructure that lasts.

Our Journey
Key Operational Milestones
2020
PKAAS Enterprise Uganda Ltd incorporated on 3rd November. Secured registrations with PPDA, URA, KCCA and NSSF. Began operations in electrical and mechanical engineering services from Bunamwaya, Kampala.
2022
Appointed to the design and build of the Kira to Matugga Road upgrade and improvement of five major junctions (UNRA/WRKS/2018-2019/00081), in joint venture with CICO. A landmark road infrastructure contract.
2024
Engaged for civil works on the 145 km Busunju to Kiboga to Hoima Road rehabilitation programme — the company's largest infrastructure engagement to date. Obtained ERA Permit No. ERA/EIP/CLX/021/5061.

Our team comprises highly qualified engineers, designers and draftsmen with extensive field experience across transmission line erection, road works, substation construction and mechanical installations.
Engineers & Project Managers
Our senior engineers hold qualifications in electrical, mechanical and civil engineering, with hands-on experience managing multi-million-dollar infrastructure programmes across Uganda.
Designers & Draftsmen
Skilled in CAD, GIS and engineering design software, our design team produces precise technical drawings, route surveys and as-built documentation that meet international standards.
Field Technicians & Crew
Trained linesmen, machine operators, welders and general construction crews who execute the physical work safely and to specification — from pole erection to road compaction.
